I woke up late today, but I put my wellbeing before school. I meditated for half an hour. It was an interesting session. I was able to tap into what felt like a sub level of my consciousness. It was very calm. It felt like it was under the usual level of chaos. This morning is the first time I felt such access to this level. It seemed like I was pulsing in and out of it. When there, I felt the inside of my chest be calm. Almost light.
I was able to return to that state throughout the day too. I can do it now. It is definitely helping me.
