This is an example of a good web banner I feel. It's colors are vibrant and make it stand out on the page. The logo is easily recognizable. It has a very simple animation where the text "Find A Job" comes in first and then (after just the right amount of reading time) comes the second line "Better yet." Because it is so simple, it's not annoying, and it's actually quite silly and made me laugh. Finally, there is a clear call to action where you can go to find this suck-less job. Good "job" to the folks at Dice.
